The following jutsu had their descriptions changed:

One jutsu had a name change:
Elemental Thrust -> Chakra Thrust

Genin rank received an overhaul.

Other changes:

Quintessential Flow -> Ice element added
Frozen Devotion -> Ice damage, intel down (target), defense up (user)
Heavenly Offering -> Heal over time, all defense up
Earthly Sacrifice -> Heal over time, all offense up


Terr edit
1) CFH pushed back to Round 5
2) A 30% Damage Taken Increase on the CHF Caller, for three rounds after CFH is used.
3) 50% Heal Reduction on the Caller for 2 rounds after CFH is used.
4) CFH can be answered -only- by users own rank.
