Outlaws leave their village for personal gain or to join another village and are now a part of the Syndicate. The faction Syndicate is always at “war” with all villages, wreaking havoc for personal gain.
You can leave your current village after you've reached chuunin rank or higher. Go through your Preferences to “Leave village”.
When you leave the village, you will lose:
Outlaws do gain abilities that normal villagers do not have. These are:
Costs 30 chakra and stamina. Its success rate depends on the general stats of both the robber and the robbed, and the Village Walls defense against robbers if applicable. Robbing will result in the outlaw taking some of the person's in-pocket ryo, the village guards stopping the outlaw, or the two being forced into battle together.
This is the outlaw Tavern. It is accessible from any point on the map.
Lets that you scavenge from the ground. Comes at no cost and though it heals small %'s of your hp, it has no limits, making it fast and effective.
Replaces houses. Free to outlaws, though have low regen increases.
Outlaws lose the comforts villagers have. These are:
To join a new village as an outlaw, you must first travel to the village you plan on joining. From there, you can click on “Diplomacy” and earn Village Respect.
You will need ten times your awake regen as an outlaw to join a village. Once you've gotten that much diplomacy, choose “Join Village”.
Your regeneration will be cut in half the first day after joining a village, and will be at 60% the next three days. This is all regen, including any temporary regen bought through the Black Market. Your regeneration will be reset to 50% regardless of how many times you leave and rejoin a village; the timer will not “add on,” but rather reset.
