Details: Cunningly, a prisoner in a well-guarded Rikuhuu jail, a previous missing-nin, escaped just a night ago. Unluckily for the fugitive, Hyougaan nin ran into him as he tried to pass through the Ice Country's mountains. The hidden village of the glacier's Aisukage contacted Hikage and offered to willingly hand over their fugitive. As a result, a chuunin was sent to Hyougagakure to pick up the criminal and bring him back to Rikuhi.

Objectives: Retrieve the fugitive and bring him back to the hidden village of Shine.

# Post to Complete Mission: A minimum of 10 posts.

NPCs:
- Hanzai, Noburu - the criminal, a previous C-ranked missing-nin. Unable to use much ninja techniques though.
- Samajima-san - Hyougaan ANBU escorting the fugitive till his handed over to Rikuhi nin.

Side Notes:
The criminal is known for his wits and good abilities of stealth, so don't let him escape, for it will be hard to find him.
