View Full Version : Forward Command
“What do you mean the Aisukage is in Nagare?” Ezek asked one of the Anbu. She had arrived at a field command base where the staff were hopelessly trying to keep things organized without the leader of Hyouga. “Why are we establishing a base out here anyways? What is wrong with the Kage’s mansion?” She continued to interrogate the Anbu. “With all due respect… the Kage’s mansion is not exactly location friendly. Here we can receive scout reports much quickly.” The anbu explained to Ezek. He adjusted his Dragon mask as he continued. “Additionally, the Aisukage is fighting for the Sake of Hyouga and its allies in Nagare. It makes perfect sense for her to go off and defend our allies from the demons that are invading there.”
“That leaves us in charge of the defense though.” Ezek told the ANBU. “That’s right.” He answered back. She turned back to look at the shear chaos erupting everyone. She sighed before in a loud commanding voice shouted. “Alright! Lets get this place organized! We will work things the same way we would if the Aisukage was around okay guys?” There were some jeers and the like, but a question erupted out of the mass of people “Who are we supposed to report to?” Ezek pondered for a moment before finally settling on the most decent conclusion she could offer at the current moment.
“Alright, just bring your reports to me, and the ANBU along with myself will figure out what needs to be done from there!” She barked to the crowd. With that, the chaos had transformed itself as if it were some kind of great machine. Information churned in, and orders flowed out. “Alright… we probably want to set up some scouts around this area…” Ezek was discussing with the ANBU. “Just have them keep an eye out in the case that the demon armies begin marching against Hyouga.” The ANBU nodded. “That sounds reasonable… We also happen to know certain valuable information, but at the current moment in time it can’t be used until we figure out where Kagemaru is.” The ANBU explained.
’Everyhting has to be so complicated…’ She thought to herself. “Alright… whats this guy have?” The anbu looked about secretively before answering. “Word came to the Aisukage… concerning the location of the Demon portal in Hyouga.” Ezek nodded, listening intently. “But we don’t know how to seal the portal as of yet. We’re still working on a solution.” Ezek pondered to herself for another moment before turning back to the stack of papers. She quickly signed the scout orders and handed them to a currier before turning back to the dragon masked ANBU. “Alright listen up…This guy is ANBU right?” He nodded.
“Someone figure out where this guy is, and back him up. Get a few squads together; Definitely a Medical and Hunter squads, and send them to back up Jashinru. Also… It might be a good idea to send Miluda Ayatsuri.” The ANBU looked utterly baffled. “That girl? Why? She’s just a genin! She’ll die.” Ezek rubbed her nose with a smile. “Actually… I think she is even more skilled than I am at the art of being a kunoichi. In fact… I would even go as far to say that she is a true Kunoichi. I’m just a warrior.” The ANBU gave in at length. “Alright I’ll have someone grab Miluda out of the insane asylum and have her go back up Janshiru.”
The ANBU nodded to one of his men, and Ezek smiled to see the order carried out. The ANBU handed her the order form, and she signed it without a second though. “Alright. Lets for now work on keeping our eyes on the enemy, and strengthening our defenses so that they will be able to hold until the Aisukage comes back.” ’How did I ever end up doing Paper work?’ Ezek questioned of herself. ”I better not do too good of a job, otherwise I’ll get stuck here…”
