As a Student for your village's Shinobi Academy, you strive towards being ranked as a actual ninja, working hard to learn the basic essentials every Ninja uses.

You'll find a list of registered and approved Genin RP characters here. Genin is the first step towards your goal of shinobi mastery. Although you start as the lowest of ninja, hard work and determination will earn you a hard-fought Chuunin rank.

A full-blown ninja with respect. As a Chuunin, you have the ability to lead squads and go on more dangerous missions. You also will be the envy of the Genin and Academy students around you ^_^. Achieving the Chuunin rank is something to be proud about. But don't stray! The Jounin rank is much harder to conquer!

A mastery of shinobi arts and refined skill that surpasses even the best Chuunin. The rank of Jounin is an honor that very few get, as attaining this rank gets you the closest chance to achieve the ultimate rank of Kage. Jounin are assigned three Genin to teach, and are given the most dangerous missions: A ranks to even S. This rank labels you as a ninja of honor, prestige, envy, and even fear.

**Jounin/Chuunin only** People who specialize in certain Shinobi traits or are in certain groups. This includes Medical-Nin, ANBU, Hunter-Nin and the new SRT, a Special Response Team that is called upon in each village when invaded. Only those who have GRADUATED from the special training at the University shall be put here.

Not all Ninja stay within their villages, some become treacherous individuals that use their powers to destroy rather then heal. Other shinobi become lost in combat and are MIA. Others just leave their village 'just because'. Whichever the reason, these Shinobi are no longer deemed Ninja in their village.
