In the north of Seichi, separated by large mountainous borders is the territory of Safe Haven. Primarily desolate, untameable land, A large tunnel passes through the mountains to bring people into the territory, which is a neutral zone for all villages in Seichi. Safe Haven is known for the bustling city of Mei, and the mysterious Great Crater.

Mei is a city that is brimming with hope. It was founded on the promise of returning to the citizens of The Safe Haven a place to stay and live. "To a bright today and a bright tomorrow". Despite that, Mei is not very different from the original city, it is staunchly neutral and disturbing the peace is not advised.

The remnants of the settlement 'The Safe Haven', the Great Crater is a massive wound on the surface of Seichi, wide and deep it bears the mark of the creatures that created it. The Great Crater has resisted all attempts to repair the damage. Fused, glasslike stone makes up the majority of its surface, and strange, eerie lights float through the air, the remnants of people long gone said to be seen and heard within its boundaries...
