Is it just me or is random chance OP? Isn't it theoretically possible to stun someone 10 rounds in a row? Then again, you could end up never stunning in which case it's UP. Please simultaneously buff and nerf stunning effects before someone mentions crazy Austrian Physicists who like putting cats in boxes. Cats hate boxes.
