Kanu told me that I need to prove that I am the original owner of my accounts and that I am not a hacker in order for me to regain access to my accounts. She has no idea of how i can prove i'm innocent. Even though I was contacting her with my 2nd account's registration email. I believe my 1st account email was compromised since someone has been using it to contact Kanu in support. I have no hopes of solving the issue with Kanu so I am contacting you now. I'm sure you have had this issue before with someone's account being compromised, and I just want to know what others have done in the past to regain their account after it was compromised by someone else. At the moment, I'm on Christmas break from school so I have a few weeks time in which we can hopefully work together to solve the problem.

So, When will my account get fixed?
