Blare is a white skinned girl with a extremely physique swim suit body that is well cared for and extremely attractive and her appearance makes her seem much older than she really is but she just grows at a faster rate and matures quickly. She has bright hazel eyes that gleam in the light and light peach lipstick as well as golden star pierced earrings, one in each ear, and she has violet colored hair and eye brows. She wears a dark half jacket that reaches down below her chest, which leaves her waist exposed, with a popped collar and it is sleeveless with shoulder pads on both sides and two straps that she normally doesn't have connected to the other side but she will if it gets cold. She has a white tang top that goes around the top of her chest and its a little tight so it blows slightly in the wind but not enough to see anything underneath, and it goes down half of her waist with her mid-section exposed. She wears long dark blue skinny jeans that are a tad low on her waist with a brown studded belt that is parallel with her jeans so it is sideways instead of horizontally around her waist but if she is in the hot climates she will role up the legs and have short jeans, and she has average white shoes that are comfortable to move around in with short white socks. On her arms she wears long gloves which are custom made for easy maneuverability starting with the hands which are white fingerless gloves which connect from the wrists to a bit above her elbows and that part is black, and from the elbows up to her shoulders is just bare skin.

Personality: Blare is an artist to the bone, she loves what she creates just as much as she loves her body. If you harm her body she will get upset and swear to get back at you but if you insult her art, destroy her art, or don't give her art the love it deserves, which to her is great praise, she will get extremely mad and will swear to kill you and leave nothing left for even a reincarnation jutsu. To her art is a religion and she pretty much worships it every waking day and cares for it as much as she care for her body, she never misses a single detail on either. She loves to create art from paper, clay, instruments, puppets, paintings, and her favorite form of art pleasure is pain that she inflicts because to her pain is the purest form of art expression. She will use her looks to her advantage in any situation and then do what she wishes while you are distracted which means she might flirt with you if you are gorgeous or handsome enough but it will either be pure or just a diversion, no one ever knows.

Description: This is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes ink to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Sumi Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out attacks on its target. Also, elemental clones can think, but only on the rudimentary level, and the concentration for their jutsu needs to be maintained by the user. When this clone disperses, it reverts back into its natural ink state.

Kugutsu no Jutsu [Puppet Technique]

Requirements: Approved Puppet.
Description: A Ninjutsu technique where a puppet master controls a karasu, or puppet, with threads of chakra from their fingertips. The puppets often have a number of weaponry on them, and are generally quite complex in design, with more complex designs being more powerful. However, the jutsu takes up quite a bit of concentration, and even when fully mastered, the concentration can only be cut in half. As a result, when the user is controlling multiple puppets of average complexity, it is common for them to not be aware of their surroundings, as well as find this jutsu to be mentally exhausting. It is also not possible to use jutsu while this jutsu is active, other than those that have to do with manipulation of puppets.

This jutsu does not require handseals, but remember it takes time to apply the strings

For most of her life, Blare was known as a young artistic genius from the age of eight to twelve because of her wide range of art styles from origami, to painting, puppeteer, sculpturing, and even music which was mostly the flute. Many thought her first masterpieces were a little disturbing like some of her paintings were of national village landmarks across Seichi but they were ruins instead and her sculptures were mostly animals with a creepy facial expression, and not to mention her flute music was always a bit eerie and dark. She explained that she felt like this kinds of creations because it described the world and what it was becoming with the destruction and corruption everywhere and that may have explained her reasons but it didn't help make the community feel any better about her work, though she never truly cared. But as she got older her works of art were becoming more beautiful and peaceful in the eyes of her fans and hearing what others thought for the first time and all the good things they said changed her way of thinking. She became obsessed with the praise for her art and just kept making more and more art that was even better than the ones that came before and so did the praise, but this also worried her mother and father for her attitude changed greatly all around.

Each time her art didn't get praised or thanked, Blare would get angry and going on a tantrum until either a long period of time passed or the person apologized and praised the work she did, but after so many times of losing it as she got older her reactions changed more. She discovered that she was reaching the end of her creativity, that she couldn't do any better than what she was already doing which made her panic and spend long nights in her room brainstorming many new ideas but none of them worked. She read books on past works of art from the oldest recorded ones to the top rated ones in the art community and she saw the similarities with her art and she knew that she had done all she could with her skills and she began hyperventilating over the stress. Her parents rushed her into the Sati Hospital and there she stayed for almost an entire month dreaming of her new ideas but knew they weren't good enough which just made her fidget in her sleep until the day she awoke. She woke up to a crying mother and a worried father but she didn't care for that she just wanted a new idea for her art and on that same day before she left the hospital she saw young ninjas practicing their jutsus, and from that moment she planned new ideas great ones that would get her the recognition she had been looking for.

Academy Years:
Blare was about fifteen when she joined the ninja academy to better her works of art and learned the many ways of jutsus from ninjutsu which was pure use of chakra, to taijutsu which used the power of your body stamina, and genjutsu which used the power of your mind with the concentration of chakra. As she advanced in the academy and got stronger she learned her fighting styles and even her nature affinity and that gave her the first idea of art with ninjutsu and so she began practicing the ways of Art Style Ninjutsu and experimented with many tools and methods until she found what suited her best. Her first class was the best day of her life when she discovered that her instructor had the same art style that she sought and then for the first time she witnessed the ninjutsu Super Beast Imitation Drawing Technique and it left her in awe. After the class the teacher showed her the powerful technique that would take her a long time to learn because of its high rank but that didn't stop her from wanting to learn in and so he showed her by drawing a picture of Blare and then weaving the handseal the picture came to life and she didn't know what to say. For many months Blare practiced and trained so that some day she could become a Chuunin and then learn that jutsu but for her that was a long jump from Academy Student and the road sure was difficult but she pushed on cutting her ties to friends and family so that she would have more time to work on her training.

Blare practiced to master her earth element as well and even tried her hand at not just ninjutsu but genjutsu as well and she learned much of the art that is the human mind and more importantly the chakra network, to her the vast network of chakra in a person's body was fascinating enough to be called art. As she grew up over the course of the next year she watched many of her classmates graduate before her and become Genin and that infuriated her because she believed she worked harder than all of them combined which was only partly true but no one could tell her that. She kept training until the day finally came for her last exam as an Academy Student and she finally passed with flying colors but she didn't feel very good about it, in fact it angered her that she had to try so hard again just to reach the next step in her life. Though she hated it she was glad to finally be done with it and happy that she could move on and closer to her goals of greater Art Ninjutsus even though the people around her didn't seem over joyed she passed.

Yes yes she is, yeah she can fold paper with just one hand and do it rather quickly, she can play those complicated flute techniques with ease, control puppets better than normal people her rank, and work with an item that I want to give her when she ranks up, and as for handseals well I leave it up to the staff members to tell me if that's okay to have too.

You aren't allowed to add posts, but it still needs to be said what the strength means and does. It can be interpreted in any number of way. Mainly asking for something like "genjutsu are slightly more potent", "genjutsu fade longer"; stuff like that.

Basically, just needs to be said what the strength does.
