.) I am the resident plot king in terms of NPCing. I make it a goal to make any ending I've drawn up a surprise with several twists along the way.
.) My missions and crimes are among, if not the hardest to pass. If you want someone to give you an easy time and an easy pass, find another NPCer.
.) Your actions in the crime or mission I am npcing for
always has consequences, whether or not you can immediately see it. A number of them are good, a number of them are bad, and there are times where you end up unlocking an optional boss battle. However, to balance out the last consequence, there are several side quests in all of my missions which can provide anything from extra npcs to help, or various rewards that make the thread easier. If you are lucky enough, there are also rewards in my missions/crimes that you can take out of thread with you.
.) For my entire tenure, I've been trying to combat being the extremist with being a fair npcer. And its been not only to appease the staff, but so I don't have to deal with the userbase complaining throughout my missions. Unfortunately, I'm getting fed up with appeasing everyone. If you let me NPC, you are advised to bring your A game and then some. Because you will honestly need it.
.) In accordance to the previous rule: I do realize that I go overboard at times. I understand that. Its apart of being an extremist. With that being said, you are more than welcome to dispute my actions. I will review what you have asked and then do one of three things. I will immediately deny the request, due to various reasons such as your character blatantly falling into traps. The second choice path I may take is to immediately change based on the request. If I feel that I went overboard, then I have. Lastly, I will take it up with other npcers or staff members. This is usually my safe zone and often my last line of defense. Their advice is what I will base my decision on.
.) I've noticed an increase in asking me to post prior to a 3 day span. It needs to stop. If I am asked to post before
at least 3 days have passed, I will politely tell you that you now have to wait an extra two or more days, depending on how you asked. I do have my own life and my school work has priority. In addition, there are times where I am just unable to properly post. And I prefer not to sprout horrendous posts if I do not have to.
.) This is an important rule and one of the biggest ones. If I hear complaining about my npcing, I will resign from your mission/crime and you will need to find someone else to take over. Though it is apart of my moderator description to npc threads, I do not have to deal with verbal insults to how I do things. I find it rude and rather than act rudely in turn, I will just leave to save myself from becoming aggravated.
.) Your rpc is the master his or her own life. And as such, you, as the rpcer, need to advance the plot as well. I can only do so much to move the story along if your rpc do next to nothing each post. As such, if you feel like the thread is moving at a slow pace, before complaining about my npcing, consider whether or not your rpc has done anything. If not, then do something unexpected or original. Chances are your rpc will end up getting into the thick of something soon.
.) Lastly, if you have any disputes on any other threads or have concerns on any threads you are npcing or having someone npc for you, please do not hesitate to contact me. My pm box is for the most part emptied frequently and I am willing to deal with anything that comes my way as Non-Player Controlled staff member. If you cannot get a hold of me, contact the rest of the staff. Someone will be able to handle your request or get the request to me.
