OOC: Alright, so, I spoke with several people about this and we've all reached a conclusion.
Zaulyl, Shin has all of the right strengths to make his move. The question was not 'if' he could use his jutsu, but rather 'when'. Aka, Shin put all his weight into that punch and went at blinding speeds. While we agreed your character would be able to do it due to his strengths, that much speed without landing a blow would topple you over. We expect that Shin would perform at least one roll, all things considered; it is unrealistic to say Shin could use it literally after the next step.
This means that it is physically impossible to activate Shin's jutsu in that instant. However, it changes very little, because Shin has the strengths to react and catch himself in a roll as he falls, and can thus activate it then; Shin would, however, be face planting afterwords, for lack of better words.
Translation: Shin's jutsu is activated after a mid-roll, all of this happening very rapidly. The end result is essentially the same. Zaulyl has a chance to respond, though I stress that this is the final move. One way or another, this match ends next post. I will be heavily reviewing the next post to make sure it is doable or not. Good luck to both, and this has been one of the best threads I've seen in a long time. Kudos to both, no matter how this turns out, yeah?
You may proceed with this all in mind.
