Bug's Effects:Timer doesn't go down, when computer is on sleep?
How the bug happened/how to reproduce:
I logged in, and decided to take a nap, 2 hours later I turned my computer on again (it was on sleep) and the log out timer was on 16 min and a couple of seconds and was counting down normally...
When I clicked a link it logged me out (so its not really important, but anyway).

Probably a visual glitch due to your computer's sleep function. On your screen you were logged in, but in TNR you were actually logged out and offline, thus why it logged you out after you clicked a link.

↑ As he said, it's due to your computer not running the script in sleep mode and thus not a problem with TNR. I can't imagine how it could hinder you. ;)
