    why not?

    reason why Horizon scroll was made not tradeable was due to the thought that certain players were glitching it and making multiples.

    If THAT problem was fixed, then I assume all other scrolls should also be unlocked.

    So humor me, how come BE's scroll was not unlocked.

    not that I care much, since I don't have any....but just wondering how/why the reason is to unlock the scroll for Horizon's Myth, but not the scroll for Blade's Edge.

    You assume wrong. Mainly because out of the 4 scrolls only 1 has a use-able jutsu.

    Guess what. I just had that one unlocked.

    Can you see the pattern?

    usable? maybe people who plan on buying the scrolls, will want to train it before they cap their off/def stats so they can re-cap their pools. Scrolls staying locked due to no actual reasoning is punishing those players for no good reason.

    fyi, i wasn't assuming. iirc, the scrolls were locked when Marisa was still part of the team. The reason for that was the one stated in my past post.

    Yes, use-able. Like it or not HM is use-able. You don't have to agree. I, and the team for that matter, stopped caring about your reasoning quite some time ago.

    The discussion, if you can call it that, is hereby ended. HM's scroll has been unlocked, to the enjoyment of those that still have it. The other scrolls will come in time.

    VI now decreased fire damage taken and lost its fire boost?? o-o
    its lol to me xD
    i think VI is made for VT, so VT is elemental bloodline not a ninjutsu bloodline.. But now VT not need VI.. Bcoz VT is not need fire damage taken bcoz VT itself absorb fire xD

    Effects

    Deals damage based on your and your opponents stats. AOE effect.

    Increase user Tai/Nin/Weap/Gen defense for 2 rounds. Percentage-based. AOE effect.

    Decrease fire damage sustained by user for 2 rounds. Percentage-based.

    Prevent target from fleeing for 2 rounds. AOE effect.


    Pay close attention.

    It does seems like that theyre keeping the " decreased fire damage taken " on VI because they will remove the 100% fire absorption on VT when they update it ryt ? =.="

    oh well . at least I can use my VI now for that defense increase . =w=

    If they remove the fire absorb on VT.. Then wat is the point being VT?? o-o
    only fire elemental bloodline??
    We have SY as king of elemental..
