Monthly Special Jounin Tournament

Red Army will also be hosting a monthly special jounin tournament on a monthly basis.
This will take place on the 21st of each month, and continue until the battles are finished.
Registration will close on the morning of the 20th, when I attend to the thread and close registration.
A minimum of 15 contestants is needed.

Contestants:
Leave a post here, or PM me in-game (Lumine), and send the 800,000 ryo entrance fee.
Those with names in italics have paid the entrance fee. (I changed the fee manager for this one because I don't want admissions getting confused.)


Brackets


Awards:

The prize will be a base amount of 10,000,000 ryo.
There will be an 800,000 ryo entrance fee.
There will be three winners - first place will win 50% of the pot, second place will win 30% of the pot, and third place will take 20% of the pot.
This tourney will consist of brackets of 5 each; each participant will fight exactly once against each other participant in his bracket; the single participant with the highest point total in each bracket will proceed to the next round, until the end is reached.
Brackets will be decided by random selection.


Rules:
1.) All battles will be held at the end of Sunrise Canyon - 16, 16.
2.) Only one battle will be fought between any two participants - there will be no rematches because of disconnections, lag, etc.
3.) Matching battle logs must be submitted - if not, both participants will be disqualified (The battle will be treated as a mutual LOSS, not a DKO - 1 point each). I reserve the right to judge the actual results of a battle.
4.) This is a points based competition - winning a match nets you 3 points, DKO'ing nets you 2, and a loss nets you 1 point.
5.) Only 3 uses of any single jutsu will be allowed, and one pill may be used in each battle, along with one combined use of ANY NON-DAMAGE HEAL. Use of D:BG and S:NWS are prohibited. Breaking either of these two rules will result in an instant loss (You will receive one point, and the other participant will be credited with three.) CFH is, obviously, also not allowed.
6.) This tournament will be adjudicated by myself and two others (for this specific month, _____ and Zboing). In the case that any one of us should battle, the other two will adjudge the results of the battle.
7.) Further rules will be inserted here at my discretion.

Just want clarification.

So that's 3 rounds of jutsu + 1 round heal, for example? Or just a total of three rounds altogether.

To re-phrase it (if I get it correctly) :

During the whole battle :
- You cannot use DBG and Nezumi Summon.
- You can use a maximum of 1 pill.
- You can use 1 healing, non-damaging jutsu (Focus, Sho, etc...) once.
- All other jutsu can be used a maximum of 3 times each.

Just because a user's commander beats all other commanders doesn't mean you don't have a chance at beating the same user's alt.

Furthermore, this isn't a conventional event run by the event staff. The rules are set by the tournament host.

This isn't an event. It's a tournament, run by me. I also provide ryo for the base pot(s).
One person's alternate character has nothing to do with his main.
The only reason they bar people from doing events on main and alt is the unfairness factor (you shouldn't win the SAME event twice).
