Post What is the most OP genin and chunin ninjutsu jutsu?

Im literally just gonna stay at genin for a while they forever stay at chunin. What is the most Op jutsu for ninjutsu so i can have like 1000 levels on it?

In terms of Baseline, Luminescent Ascension is the most powerful Chuunin Ninjutsu. Baseline is the combination of a Jutsu's damage and effects. Other than Forbidden, Frozen Rain is likely most useful. Genin Jutsu have supposedly been reworked recently but their power should be inferior to Chuunin Jutsu. Keep in mind that Special Jutsu are more powerful than Normal. Additionally, the level cap for Jutsu is 200. There are some exceptions such as Meditation Negation which caps at level 1. Jutsu are in the process of being balanced so you shouldn't expect anything should be unreasonably powerful and if something is, it's likely to be reworked.

    @linder:
LA is on par with its other offense counterparts.

Strongest genin jutsu -> Silent Spinner.
I've never cared bout your first post, why should I care about your last one?

I'm not going to waste my time teaching you something you couldn't be bothered to learn for yourself.

Aeterno: ~___~ lets not forget that people from horizon have a higher whine-rating.

firstly, stop making so many threads abt ur questions in the forum,it's annoying. v.v' specially when u can ask them all here already. and if u don't have the patience, ask someone online in game in a pm.
secondly, as stated b4, u can get the scroll by earning popularity points, or u can get it from someone who already has it.
thirdly, go read the manual, dammit >:C
don't give the crap that manual doesn't explain e.e

Wickd, the best thing for you to do now is to train first. Capped your desired offense and all defenses, then choose what rank you wanna stay, as others say, if no bloodline, so u can still enjoy this game, stay jounin. Then, choose what jutsu you wanna hardcapped coz genin and chuunin jutsu is not advisable to use if jounin. If you wanna stay forever genin, omg, im sorry to say, that is a very unwise decision. If chuunin forever, with the latest cfh updates, chuunin is a useless rank in my opinion. Coz even your the strongest chuunin you can't help your fellow jounin anymore. Lastly, there's no really great jutsu in every rank, it is how you use and mix it with other jutsu. Just keep on using it and one day you will know what is the best jutsu for you and for a certain opponent.

Hiro where did you get this chart from? Is there somewhere other than the jutsu thread to get info on jutsus?

I'll just leave this link to the manual's Jutsu section here.

But there is one they fear. In their tongue, he is Trollvahkiin -- 4chanborn!

....maybe before you reply to noobs you shouldn't assume they haven't looked at the manual. I've already read the manual...thx. And you're wrong about where he got that chart from. It's not from the manual. You realize the manual doesn't give information on specific jutsus. Only the jutsu thread does and that hasn't been updated in a while. A lot of these sources on jutsus talk about their effects and cost of training. I got news for the experienced players. Noobs could care less about the cost of training jutsus at this point in the game. Noobs care about what jutsus are practical to learn and to use. We aren't too concerned about the costs of maxing anything out yet. We just want to know where's a good place to start. I managed to figure some things out on my own and thanks to the tavern at my village. Honestly, the manual could be A LOT better. If I wasn't a noob, I'd write a better manual.

effects r the things that tell u what jutsus r practical to learn and to use, and that's what the manual and jutsu thread gives.
and what do u mean by manual not teaching abt specific jutsus? i m confused. manual gives info abt each and every jutsu individually.
    http://www.theninja-rpg.com/manual/d...=jounin:weapon
in that page, the manual gives info on all jounin wep jutsus excluding the tiers and bl jutsus. what more does it need? o.O
the only things i can't see there r the jutsu costs and generals. u urself said costs aren't needed and generals are for the players to find out.
and since none has yet called u a noob, might u suggest how to make the manual better plz? on what part it lacks? o.o'
