The search feature is at the top right.
If you want to look up the effects of a certain bloodline, put that bloodline in the Search bar.
If you've got the description of a jutsu, and want to find out what it is, put a key word or two in the search bar. If it matches anything in our jutsu pages, it will pull up that page, and you can use CTRL+F (or Mac/Linux equivalent) to find the jutsu.

forum can answer any lingering questions.
