There are new rewards to shinobis who remain loyal to their respective villages. These bonuses directly affect your character and the bonuses range in value and differ from village to village. The value of the bonus increases depending on the duration of your stay in your respective villages, that it how loyal you are to your village. The more your loyalty increases the bigger the reward.
To view the unlockable bonuses go to your town hall menu, you will see what is available in your village and what is specifically required (days) to unlock each bonus.
These bonuses will be removed should you leave your village via the preference menu. That is should you become an outlaw or join another village, you will have to start over to attain the bonuses in your new village and whatever bonuses you may have unlocked before will not carry over with your character. In other words these are not stackable.
There are three bonuses which are permanent these are:
The 90 day loyalty achievement badge.
60 Days - A healing jutsu called Shometsu (Chuunin). (As long as it is trained and not deleted)
A purchased Major Castle. (Permission to buy is not permanent. 300 Days)
Bonuses which are not permanent:
10 Days - Standard occupation gains increased by 40%
20 Days - Village specific 1-1.5% less damage sustained
30 Days - Standard occupation gains increased by 80%
90 Days - Standard occupation gains increased by 120%
120 Days - Village specific 1-1.5% more damage dealt
140 Days - Standard occupation gains increased by 200%
170 Days - Hospital bills decreased by 15%
200 Days - +10% base village regeneration
250 Days - Hospital bills decreased by 25%
365 Days - 3 times more village funds per kill.
As stated above, each village gets a unique 20 day and 120 day bonus. They are as follows:
Current - Kraken Amulet, -1.5% ninjutsu damage sustained
Glacier - Yeti Pelt, -1.5% genjutsu damage sustained
Konoki - Phoenix Amulet, -1.5% taijutsu damage sustained
Shine - Desert Sand Cloak, -1.5% ninjutsu damage sustained
Shroud - Dark Mist Cloud, -1.5% weapon damage sustained
Silence - Mirror of Serenity, -1.5% genjutsu damage sustained
Syndicate - Rogue Mask, -1% TNGW damage sustained
Current - Kraken's Might, +1.5% taijutsu damage dealt
Glacier - Amulet of the Yeti. +1.5% taijutsu damage dealt
Konoki - Burning Fury, +1.5% weapon damage dealt
Shine - Sun Topaz, +1.5% weapon damage dealt
Shroud - Dark Pendent, +1.5% gen damage dealt
Silence - Silent Power, +1.5% nin damage dealt
Syndicate - Might of the Wild, +1% elemental damage dealt
Outlaws get a slight change in some of their bonuses. Instead of an occupation stat gain, they get a bonus to their rob chances.
10 Days - Rob success chance increased by 2%
30 Days - Rob success chance increased by 4%
90 Days - Rob success chance increased by 6%
140 Days - Rob success chance increased by 8%
