Hello guys, the past few days have been rocky. We had a good first month of August for beta and we're off to a rocky September. I'm writing this as a player and as an administrator.

There's a lot of toxicity in TNRs past between players, between staff, and between staff and players. In this core we are trying to change that, we don't want to make the mistake of the past. We want to be open with you guys and build a game everyone can enjoy. So please let the grudges go, you can banter among yourself but making people feel uncomfortable is not the way to do it.

Friendly banter and friendly trash talk is encouraged; we are a PVP game, you will have this, but there are lines that shouldn't be crossed and targeted harassment is not allowed.

Games die when people feel like they aren't being heard, but games also die when people feel like they aren't welcomed.

No one is perfect, and everyone will make mistakes, but if there's anything that we have shown is a willingness to communicate and overturn decisions. I think many people are still treating this core like previous cores, but I am asking you as a fellow player, please, give us a chance. Help us, help you to enjoy the game.

If you have a problem with a staff member, open a ticket, speak with an admin, send them a message on Discord. If you feel your ban was wrong, do that. You won't be shunned, you won't be shut down.

We have a lot planned for you guys; at this very moment, I just approved an overhaul to how the battle arena works, and we're thinking of more exciting ways to allow you guys to gain exp.

A Ranks are being tested for release this week, and a bucket load of jutsu are coming.

So again I'll ask you, to help me make the game better so that all of us can enjoy it.
