We've revised chuunin rob jutsu to be within true baseline. Added a new EJ rob jutsu. We will also be having a mini contest, allowing the community to submit their own battle description ideas of said jutsu. We will choose our top 3 favorites and then let the community vote on the final product, so get your creative cap on! Give balance team a shout if anything is broken.
