Stealth now allows basic heal.
Absorb now stacks.
Prevent Buff now blocks Reflect.
Friendly Fire now works again. Some ground effects like stun, recoil aren't playing well with this. This might be a situation where we can't allow these tags to interact with the ground but more to investigate.
