There is a 3 jutsu per loadout limit on damage over time jutsus(including targeted ground AOE) . Currently a bug allows you to tag 4. Do not, tag 4. this will be considered bug abuse moving forward.

A dot is anythign that has a residual mofifier on the jutsu tag. For clarity

I had 2 but they nerfed the Wind DoT to be an eyesore.

he said "with a residual modifier on it" some have that but say 0 next to it. Oblivion Seal needs a dot.
