I feel like am doing these more and more these days.
Congratulations to Souki, Zaruza and Arroh.
Despite the popular belief by certain persons, the items showed up for everyone at the SAME TIME. 9 people sent a message.

Let's break down the event as they were multiple ways to complete the event.
Part 1: You had to collect simple items, on these items it would take you to the starting place of part 2.
Part 2: Once you get these items by attacking one of the AIs you would have gotten all the Items in your inventory.
Once you read it, you would know how to send a message to the Monarch.

That was one way of completing the event.
In the news post you were told to "Use the techniques you learn wisely."
The news post was also another hint on how to complete the event.
Maybe when in doubt, the info tab has all the answers.

the final hint was the best part. Wouldve liked the sectors difficulty a little ramped up but the final task was well done
