Reverting a partial nerf on their healing. Heal base 5 to 10.
Action cost from 40 to 100.
Teno Yuki:
Some buffs are in line for you to make you more tanky. That will come at a later date.
Aegis however healing is back to 5.
Other healing jutsu got slightly buffed up to 1.
Seimyaku Healing Decrease 15 to 30.
Severed Pulse Round increase 3 to 4.
