Hey everyone! In the past, staff tools have been used to allow people to move villages without penalty. We will no longer be permitting that moving forward. Thank you!

Please apply some kind of reset counter for a kage to declare war that will reset his village prestige everytime he declare war. For example after he took kage if he declared war, Second time to be a kage require 50000VP. War is tough time for everyone in the village and for other village. Hence, a decision that is not agreed by everyone will reset his VP if he click for a war.

Rx they are implying a war system that will have penalties (what those penalties are I'm not sure, but that's what I've heard) ^_^
