With the update to roll chances, D, C, and B rank BLs now have a higher chance to being rolled. As such, all players were given a second chance to roll a Bloodline. If you already have a Bloodline, roll at your own risk. If you use this second chance and get a weaker BL than the one you currently possess, you will not be reimbursed. This is an announcement so that we do not have any accidental rolls. Again, roll at your own risk.
