- Increased Kage prestige loss per hour from 100 to 300.
- Increased the cost of Declaring War from 100 to 10,000.
- Increased Residual cap from 3 to 4.
- Increased Pierce cap from 1 to 2.
- Introduced Elite Jonin and Elite Outlaw ranks.
- Added an Achievement Tab to track and automatically complete achievements.
