As an aftermath of loosing modifiers on all jutsus, some bloodlines and specifically styles of play have seen some struggles, more than anticipated. We are pumping some damage back into certain kits and outside of bloodlines for those that want that versatility.

Overall damage is lower than previous damage modifiers but it still offers an incentive to properly combo certain tags and jutsus.
