As a veteran ninja and a general of many ninja wars, todays times are rough. Our pockets are empty and our bellys are growling. We ask the leaders of our great nation to please give everyone a raise and increase the amount of ryo available to us. We have to scrounge and claw and rob each other and hospitalize everyone just to make ends meet. We are wilting away to nothing. Our cries have gone unheard. I am the voice of the people. The one known as Neco has been an ear for everyone to yell at. Please, we beg of you, great Terr. Please, allow Neco to fill our pockets and to take away our hunger. We are suffering, and this great land will pay the price. Hungry warring ninja are terrible things to come across.
