Our original 2 S ranks were seeing some minor issues with their play style because of some pesky jutsus. We want to show them some love by changing slightly how these 2 problem jutsus works.
Blue Blade Eyes's Blue Crimson is getting its Area of Effect changed to be much wider and having the movement tag attached.
Blood-Enchanted Eyes's Hemocure will see its heal split up into phases and the AP cost reduced to 60.

It feels like it's been all about jutsus lately. It would be great to see some new content in the game, like different activities or events. Hopefully, they'll mix it up soon and bring back more variety!
