To what extent is it fucked? cus I really don't want to have my effort reversed again, 4k exp isn't 10k and isn't equal to any of the gained ryo lost, the people exploiting interest have hardly been equivalently punished, takes more effort to make money honestly than how they gained what they lost.

Sorry but this is BS and rollback-worthy imo. Those with a lot of Ryo now have ridiculous amounts of Ryo and probably already spent it on the most expensive armor, jutsus etc. and as a rep-seller I just got f... out of rep points that I had at market price on the black market, so peoppe got to abuse the ryo glitch to buy these too and now sell at X-times the price
