A minor update to HKK as its called locally to address some of the concerns we've had with the Bloodline.
Rising Star has gained the prevent move tag for 1 Round
Houkyuken Magnetic Pummel name changed to Houkyuken Magnetic Assignment. Damage tag has been replaced with Decrease Damage Taken and it has been changed to 40AP.
Houkyu Dance sees the biggest change with its damage being split into two. One initial burst of damage with a smaller amount of damage that follows.
We hope these changes help the BL feel a bit more whole. Enjoy and we await your feedback.
