Bloodline Adjustments

• BBE: While not statistically "busted," we recognize the frustration it causes. We are implementing tag shifts to make it easier to fight.
• EM: Movement is being removed from the Pierce jutsu and added to Reflect. Additionally, the "increased damage taken" effect is being moved to the Pierce tag.
• Kings: No immediate changes. The AP Decrease tag fix is still pending. We are exploring ways to make gameplay more engaging for Kings users in the near future.
• SY: Reducing the strength of its base and injection jutsu to break up tag synergy.
• KS: Applying small numerical adjustments to slightly reduce overall damage output.
• HY: Removing some movement and instant DR to allow players to lock down this bloodline more effectively.

A-Rank Updates

We are removing all elemental weaknesses from A-Ranks. We are aware that some A-Ranks still don't feel quite right in combat, so we will continue to bring their power levels up to where they need to be.

Jutsu Balances

• Echoing Rift (Nerf): Adding afterburn and reducing recoil. This jutsu is currently a "must-run" due to its high value, so we are reducing its overall strength.
• Subaku Palace: Reducing its total DR potential to balance its current dominance in the meta.

Items and Crystals

• Dawn Blade: Lowering base damage.
• Healing Decrease Crystal: Toning down its values as it currently provides too much utility for its cost.

System Standardization and DR

• Instant DR: We are looking at reducing the total amount of "Instant DR" available in the game and adjusting overall DR values.
• Long-term Goals: We are working on standardizing numbers across the game to close the gap between S and A Ranks. This is a long-term project; we want to keep the game stable through next month before undertaking massive changes in June Heading into July.
