Clears/Cleanse have all been removed except clearing prism and cleansing aura. The two bloodlines that have clear/cleanse have seen their percentages reduce. At this time everyone baring these users will have one guarantee clear/cleanse while the Bloodline users will have a higher chance to get off a second one. We will monitor this and see how it shapes out.

When you say two bl with cleanse which ones do you mean? Heavenly Sonata's cleanse is gone and replaced with...well, nothing usable.

Is this so everyone has the same clear opportunity, but special BL users will just have a chance to clear one more time. Kind of makes the special bloodline jutsu secondary and not too unique if there is a common jutsu that does it better
