The Bloodline swap feature was updated to now check if you have the Bloodline jutsu trained, as when you swap Bloodlines you lose access to the BL jutsu of the previous one, every BL that you ever had the jutsu would have been saved in your jutsu page. So the system now checks to see if you have any BL jutsu and then displays the BL for as eligible for you to swap to. This should fix BLs not showing up for some persons.

Question please. How will this work particularly with bloodlines like my Megumi Kijo that has no elements? Will I be given back my prior elements or Randoms?

Elements aren't a part of it. If your natural elements were changed from when you were on MK its because you rerolled them since then.

Oh sorry if I misunderstood, it shouldn't effect your elements at all. The BL has nothing to do with your natural elements so you should still be water/earth still.
