As many of you have been asking about how the item availability will work in the Wake Island souvenir shop, here’s a detailed explanation from our events team:

The items in the Wake Island souvenir shop will be available three times a year, with each availability period lasting for two weeks. These periods will begin on the 1st and 15th of each month, with the 15th being included in both availability windows. Each availability period corresponds to a specific bag, labeled Bag 1, Bag 2, Bag 3, and so on, up to Bag 8 (two bags per month).

When an event rewards an item, it will be added to the corresponding bag for the same half-month period in the following month. For example, the "Snow Crest" item, which was a reward in one of the weekend quests during the beta launch, will be available in the shop from September 1st to September 15th, both dates included. Similarly, the Kamunari's Claw replicas, which are currently available in the event, will be available for purchase in the second half of September, from the 15th to the 30th, both dates included.

• Rewards of "common" or "rare" rarity, except for items awarded during festivals and seasonal events (Winter Fest, Halloween, Valentine's, Chinese New Year, April Fools).
• Festival and seasonal items will only be available during the corresponding period. For example, if an item is a reward for this year's Halloween event, it will be available in the shop during Halloween from the following year onwards.

• Items of "epic" rarity will not be available for purchase after their event concludes. The only way to obtain an epic reward after its event is to wait for it to be a prize in another event. When an event features an epic item as a reward, it will be announced at least two weeks in advance to avoid surprises.
• Items of "legendary" rarity will only be obtainable once and will not be available for purchase or acquisition once their associated event concludes. When an event with a legendary reward is planned, there will be a minimum of one month’s notice.
