These are long overdue, So this is a brief rundown on Jonin Jutsu.
Main Purpose:
This batch of Jutsu is to replace your buff/debuff from Chunin, there have been some changes to how we have the elements perform but this batch is more geared towards removing your chunin rotations.
There might be some bugs and stuff there's a feedback thread for balance and bugs there.
The second batch will add other effects: Seal, Absorb, Lifesteal, Cost Usage
The third batch will introduce the new tags we are working on.
