S rank madness event

How it works - Each month, on a random weekend, 2 S ranks are chosen. They are turned into H ranks , with capped jutsu levels and made available via an item in the shop.

The bloodlines last 72 hours then they are deleted.

The item costs 50 reputation points, and also gives you 50 reputation points.
This is to make sure that anyone that participates can swap back to their previously owned bloodline.

For September - SY and Cosmic Ascendant were chosen.

SY coresponding H rank is gained from SY dust

Cosmic Ascendant H corespinding H rank is gained from Cosmic Ascendant Vestiges
