The project started in January 2023, and alpha was released July 2023. Since then, we've reached a new milestone now of 1000 commits to the codebase 🥳 and that's only counting from July 2023 where I squashed everything into one commit. [UNREACHABLE_IMG] The project has grown substantially as we're nearing beta, and at this point we're at about 60k lines of typescript & javascript code. We're close, but we're not going to be aiming for a specific date yet until right before we're almost ready.. After all, I'm currently the only developer, and sometimes life comes in the way 🫣 .. I'm however extremely pleased to reach the milestone of 1000 commits, and my dedication towards the project has only grown stronger over the last year - don't worry, I'm not burning out, I'm thrilled to see this through for years to come 😁 And I realize there's still a lot of things to do to get the game to a really polished state.. I thought we'd be in final release by now, but I've always been over-optimistic with these things, so it's probably better not to set an aim for final release. Rather, our focus going into beta will be making TNR the absolutely best version of the game it can be, as we start focusing a lot more on polish and less new features. Finally, a huge thanks to all the people contributing on discord, either with bug reports, helping create image content, manage the community and especially the content team for helping think up systems and write out documentation for how we want things to work. Without all the contributions from all of you, we'd not be as far as we are now. So thank you!

🍻TNR is great! All is well! 🥳
