Small update to Houkyuken
Magnetic Assignment’s Magnet Damage Increase changed to 20+0.2% for a total of 25% at level 25
Morning Star’s Damage Amp increase from 20 to 25%
Houkyu Dance Pierce changes to a static 125 damage per tick at lv25. Damage tag changed to 40EP with a 1.1 Damage mod at level 25. Cooldown reduced to 7.
I believe with these changes, Houkyuken should fulfill its role as a more damage focused bloodline and I believe these changes should address Houkyu Dance’s toxic round 1 damage. The jutsu now functions the same as a regular nuke jutsu, that while it doesn’t do as much damage upfront as those other nukes, the guaranteed 125 Damage per Tick should make up for it. I will closely monitor these changes and take feedback from Houkyuken players on how these changes feel.
