Curious why there isn't a level range you are allowed to attack. I can barely do anything in game without a level 100 hitting and obliterating me. I just hit chuunin and dont get why a level 100 can attack me freely. Over, and over, and over again.

I would suggest a 10 level range. So only players 10 levels higher or lower than you can attack you. It would feel.more user friendly to newer players instead of serving up and frustrating new players to long time players like free meals
