Hello, I am just curious slightly on how Elemental Proficiency works. For how would you gain an element proficiency; would it be randomized or if there's a particular stat that causes you to gain one particular element?

Additionaly to this, I'm curious if this can be changed, similar to how bl's can be changed maybe?

I believe you should be randomly assigned a proficiency upon reaching Genin and once more upon reaching Chunin. The only sure fire way to 'pick' and element is by selecting certain bloodlines or so i've heard.
