[Tape recorder begins to play] Did you know that long ago there were ramen shops set up in the wasteland of the shinobi world? During your travels you may have stumbled upon one and you could pay just a little more for the same benefit as those in your village. That just shows how prosperous this world once was, even those outside the villages could flourish and have good lives. However the outlaws were always nearby, ready to pounce on those who needed that extra health. Maybe I should speak more on these outlaws another time, the Hot Rods that once ruled the wasteland... Well, that will be a story for another day.. [End Of Tape]
