Their mastery over the mysterious Storm element gave them a natural command of lightning and water. Their power was revered, people called them one of two monikers: The Divine Thunder and The Kings of Water. Thus, they adopted the name Shinrai Ou, meaning "Divine Thunder King" to reflect the title bestowed upon them. Their original name has since been lost to time. How it plays
Open Shinrai Ou in game data for elements, tags and exclusive jutsu. Pair it with a loadout that uses those tags instead of copying an old PvP paste.
